Patricia Decker is owner of EmpowerFitness and creator of barre fusion T&E. Patty has been a fitness enthusiast for more than 30 years. She is a certified personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise (ACE), a certified health coach with (ACE), a group fitness instructor with the aerobics and fitness association of America (AFAA), a certified stretch instructor and a certified sports nutrition specialist with the American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists.
Kelly started dancing classical ballet at 3 years old. She began yoga early in her 20s followed by training in Pilates. She believes in the body and mind connection. She is a certified Pilates instructor and has continued eduction in foam rolling and stretch.
Janette has been practicing barre for over 10 years and is certified in Barre Beyond, Barre Above and BarreAmped and is an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor. She has also practiced yoga for over 20 years and is certified as a RYT 500 Yoga Instructor. She offers a hatha yoga flow class that is appropriate for all levels; with options for those that are new to yoga and for those who want to take their personal practice to the next level. Beginners are welcomed!
Janette is also an Integrated Nutrition Health Coach and Nutritional Therapist and received her holistic health coach training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is a board certified with AADP.
Ava is an RYT 200 yoga teacher. She also is certified in Restorative yoga, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra and Yoga 4 Sobriety. Her classes focus on teaching all her students to have a deeply connected relationship with their bodies through movement and breath. She also loves to include other relaxation and healing modalities such as essential oils and sound healing.
