BARRE FUSION

FULL-BODY WORKOUT or CARDIO INTERVAL TRAINING (TABATA STYLE)

BARRE FUSION

 Barre Fusion is an amazing isometric, non impact workout done on a ballet bar that will sculpt the entire body.  Exercises done will shape and redefine your thighs, glutes, hamstrings, arms, chest and the entire abdominal area.  Participants will also utilize resistance strength training to target all the muscles of the upper body.  This workout has been proven to tone the physique, burn fat,  increase FLEXIBILITY and aide in the development of longer, leaner muscles.

This low-impact workout is suitable for all fitness levels, focusing on strengthening your core, improving flexibility, and enhancing balance. Our Pilates class offers numerous benefits, including: improved posture, increased energy, enhanced athletic performance, reduced pain, and improved sleep. Join us for a rejuvenating and effective workout. No equipment needed.

Full Body Workout

Small group training with personalized attention focusing on low-impact strength training and low-impact cardio conditioning while going at a pace that is comfortable to the students.



Cardio Interval Training (Tabata Style)

This workout is guaranteed to get those calories burning! It involves short, four minute bouts of exercise done for 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off.  A full-body, NON-IMPACT workout that is safe on joints and hard on muscles! We will work every major muscle in the body guaranteed to help sculpt and tone your whole physique.

An upbeat, high-energy barre class that combines traditional, lightweight barre exercises with non-stop, fat-burning metabolic movements. 45 minutes

STEP FUSION

STRETCHED AND BALANCED

Spice up your cardio workout with this group step aerobic class! With an adjustable step platform, this high-energy class helps increase endurance and body toning. Step classes begin with a dynamic warm-up, followed by active, choreographed cardiovascular exercises targeting different muscle groups.

A low-impact fitness class designed to help you improve your flexibility, stability, and overall body alignment.  This slow-flow class is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their body's range of motion and functional fitness. We'll combine stretching techniques with balance and core exercises to boost your coordination and awareness of your body in space.

By focusing on these key areas, you'll be taking a proactive step toward reducing the risk of falls and making daily activities feel easier and more fluid.
