Barre Fusion is an amazing isometric, non impact workout done on a ballet bar that will sculpt the entire body. Participants will also utilize resistance strength training to target all the muscles of the upper body. Stretch, Strength, and Balance is an hour-long class based on the guiding principles of Pilates. Traditional Pilates movements are combined with contemporary exercises focusing on breathwork, balance, and flow. Props are used to enhance the exercises and challenge the student while strengthening the body.
